Details In this essay I analyzed Nishida's philosophy of religion in the context of the evolution of his philosophy, focusing on his changing view on mysticism. I argue that, in this reaspect, late Nishida's philosopy, though a remarkably coherent system, has a much narrower horizon than his earlier though.
