Details	二回講義を行ったが、最初は東アジアでは二国間関係の束であるハブ・スポーク体制が基調で、地域的機関が弱いことを指摘し、本来はその逆になるべきであると論じた。二度目は、日本がとってきた非核三原則、武器禁輸政策（今は三条件下で可能になったが）などの非核政策を、核の傘との矛盾も含めて、説明した。また、福島事故後の日本が直面している核燃料サイクル政策の破たんにも言及した。
