概要	After reviewing previous research on motivation regulation, I developed a scale to measure motivational regulation strategies in Japanese university students and summarized how these strategies relate to learning behaviors. Based on these findings, I discussed motivational regulation strategies as one aspect of promoting autonomous learning.
