概要	The Association of Foreign Wives of Japanese produced a journal about bilingualism. Many mothers are concerned about educating their children in the minority language while raising them in Japan. The article focuses on the aspect of parents' role for providing opportunities for a child's literacy skills in addition to just speaking the minority language at home. My opinion is that parents have to be extremely determined to sustain their efforts.
