概要	Taiwan has no chance to win an arms race with China in conventional arms. Given its budget constraint, it must look for an alternative defense policy, instead of trying to procure high-quality, but big-ticket items (thus fewer in number). After analyzing the Overall Defense Concept as well as the report on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, it is recommended to focus much more on procuring much cheaper drones as a cost-effective alternative in case of China's possible cross-strait operations.
