Details We always face the problems of identities when considering cross-cultural communication or multiculturalism. In addition, the discussion of identities closely concerns international supports because cross-cultural communication skills and understanding identity problems are fundamental for the supports. The COVID -19 has caused not only medical and physical problems but also social and cultural matters. These problems have already become the global issues: a moral panic caused by fear of others. Therefore, the study makes an attempt to seek ways to understand others through perspectives of identity politics and cultural points of views. Since identity is produced by media practices in which we make our reality, the paper examines the media mechanism. After that, I conclude that the deconstruction of the process of producing identities is an essential element in international supports and cross-cultural communication.
