Details This paper is about creating a Russian version of an aptitude test that visualizes Contextual Sensitivity. It categorizes test questions into three types and reports on the characteristics of the process of designing questions in Russian according to this classification. The process of creating the Russian version of this test was not a simple translation process, because the test is supposed to be taken by non-native speakers of Russian who are highly proficient in Russian, and non-native speakers of Japanese who are highly proficient in Japanese. Considering this, it was necessary to come up with a way to make the test takers confused about their choices, and this article describes how to make use of the unique characteristics of the Russian language in order to do it.
