following main research questions: 1) Do EFL teachers generally believe they are better teachers than most of their colleagues? 2) Do EFL teachers, when comparing themselves to their colleagues, rate their teaching skills more highly than skills that are not directly related to teaching? 3) Do EFL teachers think they are less likely than other teachers are to overrate their own teaching ability? |
