概要	This paper aims to present the idea of “trans-regional resources” to empower post-migrant communities which are at stake. By focusing on a discussion of the economic revitalization and heritage preservation of San Francisco’s Japantown in the United States and Wakayama’s America-mura in Japan, this paper shows how these communities have each dealt with the issues of depopulation and aging population by mobilizing resources across regional and ethnic borders to create partnerships and economic opportunities.
