Details | This paper presents the latest research findings of DaZ. In this paper, the author presents, in particular, the work of linguists led by Professor Petra Schulz at Goethe University Frankfurt. According to their research, support measures have been devised on the basis of the results of language situation diagnosis and the training of specialist staff in nurseries and schools. Many of the new DaZ materials published in Germany in the last few years have been useful for this support programme. Some of them will be presented in the last section of this paper. In addition, this paper will show which of these new materials are of relevance for support education abroad, where a special response is required. |
