| Details | An article on the film "A League of One's Own" (1992) for Association of Teaching English Through Media Nishi-Nihon Chapter HP. Explained the differences between Japanese "Omotenashi" and American "Hospitality." Observed the cultural differences in expectations of the guests and customers and how they are treated in each country. Taking examples from the scenes from the movie "Waitress," hospitality English expressions and cultural differences were explained. |
