概要	This paper sets out the different aspects of an advanced ELF course based on the common principles of flipped learning methodology. The course is part of the 2nd year Future Leaders Program being run at the Kyoto Gaidai with the main aim of providing content-based course that allows students to develop and demonstrate their leadership skills. The paper outlines the key ideas underpinning flipped learning, and with these in mind, details how the course was structured and executed. Positive aspects as well as limitations of the course’s approach will be highlighted.
