| Details | Global 30のプロジェクトとは、優秀な大学を集めて拠点化し留学生を受け入れようという新しい日本政府の政策であるが、各方面から様々な批判を受けている。本稿では国際化とグローバル化という二つの概念を使いながら、このプロジェクトが国粋的な「Closing in (閉鎖)」とコスモポリタンな「Opening up(解放)」という矛盾する目標に向かっている日本政府の高等教育の政策の在り方を明らかにした。 |
