| Details | 担当部分では、西アジア（中東）での地域的な安定性の欠如は日本に大きな悪影響を与える。特に石油の80％はこの地域からきている。そのため、インド洋なのでの海上輸送路の安全確保もエネルギー安全保障上の重要な課題である。インド洋以東の海上の波は穏やかではないが、海上輸送路の安全確保は公共財であり、個別利益の観点からの発想の転換が必要だ。 |
