Details An examination of the legal and ethical issues surrounding the expanding use of immersive technology in educational settings. Augmented and virtual reality technologies are becoming widespread, raising new questions and posing new risks that both educators and policymakers must consider. This work-in-progress paper is part of a more extensive investigation into those issues with an analysis of current and developing research, policies, and best practices, particularly in Asia.
