Details In this article, first we will examine what makes a class group meet the
criteria necessary to be considered as such under the theoretical framework of social
psychology. Secondly, drawing on the fundamentals of group dynamics, we will analyze the
most important aspects of group processes in L2 teaching, advancing, at the end, practical
proposals which might allow us to create favorable learning environments.
