| Details | 中小企業の意思決定者は、クラウドサービスがどのように自社ビジネスを推進できるかについて必要な知識を持ち合わせていないことが多い。本研究では、中小企業のビジネスに適したクラウドサービス選択を支援する手法提案をした。これには、サービス・ブループリンティング（人間が解釈可能）とオントロジー（機械が解釈可能）を用いる。前者は顧客の視点に立ってサービスプロセスを観察・整理し、後者はビジネスの性質とサービス設計の手法を知ることで、ビジネスオーナーに適切なクラウドサービスを提案する。 |
