Details	本論文では、応用ミクロ経済学の観点から、顧客の選好の理解を加えたホテリングモデルによって顧客の行動を分析することを提案する。本モデルでは、顧客の嗜好の学習率を追加することで、使用価値の情報に基づいて判断を解釈可能にした。これにより使用価値を考慮したサービス差別化戦略が設定可能になる。
