Details | This presentation will be made at IAFOR's Southeast Asian Conference on Education (SEACE2024), Chiang Mai University, Chiang Mai, Thailand. The objectives, characteristics, evaluation methods and effectiveness of the Community Interpreter Training Programme will be presented. The programme aims to develop interpreters who can play an essential role in a multicultural society by enhancing the language and communication skills necessary for multiculturalism. Furthermore, proficiency tests assess and fairly measure students' language skills, allowing them to develop learning plans that address their strengths and weaknesses. Official Programme Proceedings will be published with this announcement. |
