概要	This presentation analyzes the outcomes of the Russian Extensive Reading (ER) program (AY2024–2025) implemented at Kyoto University of Foreign Studies as part of a cross-departmental initiative aimed at developing ER programs for multiple languages, and discusses its challenges. In particular, it examines the selection of reading materials, the development of comprehension quizzes, the use of student feedback, and the process of continuous improvement based on classroom practice.
