概要	This study examines how Japanese language teachers perceive and adopt ICT during digital transformation and considers implications for career support. Data were collected from 23 part-time Japanese language teachers through seven online focus group interviews. Using a mixed-methods approach, participants were classified into four groups through morphological and cluster analyses, followed by qualitative interpretation based on the Technology Acceptance Model. The four groups showed different patterns of ICT acceptance: organizational adaptation, conflictual acceptance, obligatory acceptance, and innovation-oriented adoption. Across the groups, high Perceived Usefulness alone did not ensure stable ICT adoption; Perceived Ease of Use and emotional factors also played important roles. The findings further suggest that teachers give personal and professional meaning to their ICT experiences through narrative. Effective teacher support should therefore go beyond technical training and include reflective practices, peer learning, self-efficacy development, and career adaptability.
