概要	I discussed techniques of teaching peace education uisng media representations, for example, the works of the War Poet Seigfied Sasson and Erich Maria Remarque. These works could often be juxtaposed to illustrate key themes, a technique that was also repeated through the presentation with sources such as comparing two independent journal accounts of a peace and conflict issue. The works of the Cultural Essayist Roland Barthes were also investigated.
