概要	This study analyzes cases of the adjunct "with an elbow" and discusses the role of verbs and adjuncts (specifically, prepositional phrases) in contributing to the meaning of sentences in English, using a frame semantics and construction grammar perspective. The findings shows that verbs don't necessarily play a central role in determining sentence meaning, and adjuncts can contribute significantly to meaning, depending on the nouns they contain.
