概要	This research on the perceived well-being of leaders participating in Place-Based Education (PBE) programs supported by the Southeast Michigan Stewardship Coalition (SEMIS) revealed that the leaders’ well-being was observed at various levels. This result indicates that learning in a community setting encompasses diverse learning directions simultaneously, and this characteristic of PBE effectively engages both learners and leaders repeatedly in activities through various opportunities.
