概要	This talk shares how immersive learning moves forward most effectively when laboratories, researchers, educators, and students work as part of a connected ecosystem rather than in isolation. Drawing on current initiatives at ISTaR Labs, I introduce parallel efforts from MAVR (Mixed, Augmented, and Virtual Realities in Learning) and the Future Hub Immersive Learning Laboratory in Kyoto, Japan, highlighting how each space supports experimentation, curriculum integration, and community engagement around XR and AI.
