Details	コーポレート・ガバナンスは、2002年以来、民間企業および政府機関のグループがOECDのルールに基づいて一連の基準を集め、設定した後、ペルーで発展してきた。 この章では、ペルーにおけるコーポレートガバナンスの実践を分析し、コーポレートガバナンスの実践が「良」でない企業の財務実績を検証することを目指している。 そのために、ペルーの上場企業がSMV（スーパーインテンシブ・オブ・エクスチェンジ・マーケット：CONASEV）およびOSIRISデータベースに提出したデータを使用した。
