Details	コーポレート・ガバナンスは、OECDルールに基づいて民間および政府機関のグループが基準を定めた2002年以来、ペルーで発展してきた。 2005年、CONASEV（ペルーの証券取引委員会）は、上場会社はコーポレート・ガバナンスの実践に関するアンケートを記入する義務を負うことを義務付けた。 このペーパーの主な目的は、ペルーの上場企業におけるコーポレート・ガバナンスと財務実績の関連性を分析することである。ペルーの企業が政府に提出した情報、証券市場監督機関（SMV）およびペルー証券市場（BVL）、OSIRISデータベース情報を収集し、OLS（Ordinary Least Squares）モデルを使って分析している。
