Details	気候変動リスクは、主に社会的・経済的・環境的な側面からみて脆弱な人たちへの負荷が特に大きい。このような草の根、コミュニティレベルの人たちを対象とした気候変動適応策において、ボランティア・市民の一人一人のもつ役割というのは非常に大きい。この論文では、世界において、どのような種類のボランティア・市民活動が、どういう形で気候変動の適応策を見据えて役立っているのかについて分析したものである。
