概要	Special invitation lecture for the Pingtung Board of Education, professors Barr and McClung explained the rationale and methodology behind Tandem International Lingua Franca learning projects. Special emphasis was given to the andragogical approach (as opposed to pedagogical), whereby students are given more autonomy in terms of task preparation, choice, and execution. This presentation resulted in solidification of the relationship between KUFS and our partner universities in Taiwan.
