概要	The focus of this presentation is to introduce an action research project that aims to help English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers reduce language anxiety in junior high classrooms in Japan. The future study will focus on adding to the extant literature on techniques to help learners become more comfortable and enjoy the learning experience in the EFL classroom.
