Details	遂行接近目標は成績に正の影響を与えるという意味で，望ましい側面があるとされる。しかし，本研究において大学生および大学院生178名に対して質問紙調査を行ったところ，遂行接近目標と他者軽視傾向との間に正の関係が認められたことから，必ずしも望ましい目標とは言えない可能性が示された。
