Details	顕在的・潜在的な達成目標志向性や自己効力が，困難課題実施時のパフォーマンスに及ぼす影響について検討した。その結果，潜在的な達成目標志向性がマスタリー志向的であり，かつ潜在的な自己効力が高い場合に課題成績が高いことが示された。
