Details A survey was conducted on university students to clarify the relationship between agency beliefs for strategy, means-ends beliefs for strategy, self-esteem, and satisfaction with school life. In particular, agency beliefs for strategy were related to self-esteem and satisfaction with school life, suggesting the possibility that it may affect the improvement of subjective well-being.
