Details	第二次世界大戦後の時代を、グローバル公共財の概念およびクラブ理論を活用して分析・説明した。国際秩序（システム）はグルーバル公共財の供給で維持されるが、そのシステムの構成国数という側面では、クラブ理論を活用してメカニズムを説明した。その結果、冷戦期とポスト冷戦期で分けるのが通例であるが、冷戦期でパックス・アメリカーナの時代、冷戦期であるがパックスアメリカ－ナ後の時代、冷戦後でパックス・アメリカーナ後の時代に分類するのが適当であり、各期間の特徴を当該公共財の供給方法に焦点を説明した。
