Details	ボルジャー指数（投票力を測る一つの指数）を使って、日本も提案国の一つであるG-4案その他の有力案における各有力国の安保理における投票力を計算した。その結果、モデルB案への反対が最も少なく、妥協案としては推薦できるとの結論となった。その一方、投票力の観点からしても、AU案にあるように、新規常任理事国へ拒否権を付与することは、現在のP5が拒否権を発動するであろうと推測した。
