Details	日本の国連安保理常任理事国入りには、さまざまな問題があることを法的側面を中心に論じた。例えば、わが国が国連加盟時に付した憲法の範囲内でという条件が、安保理の決定が持つ法的拘束力と整合性を持たず、わが国が常任理事国として決定に参加した場合は、政治的苦境に陥るなどと論じた。
