Details	アジア欧州会合（ASEM)を概観したのち、欧亜関係は個々別々分断的になっており、EUはより大きな役割を果たそうとしているが、できることには限界があるとの発表であった。ASEMの構成国は多様で、同じ観点を持っているとは限らないので、集合行動（collective action)を起こすのは困難であると指摘した。
