Details	発表者の方法論は明確であったが、その現実的な実行可能性には疑問が残った。例えば、現状の認識がすべての出発点としたが、日本と中国がこの現状に対して同一の認識を持っているかは疑問である。中国が攻撃的で、日本が防衛的であるとの見方には賛成するが、ならば中国の行動如何によるとの結論が論理的に導かれるはずである。
