Details	日中の領土論争はソフトパワー面での戦いとしながら、ソフトパワー概念の欠点を指摘した。例えば、優先順序、利害、アイデンティティなどに影響を与える能力への関心が薄いなどである。この点は明確で納得できる。しかし、尖閣問題への適用では、通常行われる政策の相違などの観点から同様な議論ができると指摘した。
