Details	チェルノブイリ原発の完全封鎖交渉を、2人（G-7とウクライナ）ゲームにおけるナッシュ交渉解を活用して分析し、予想される（当時はまだ完全決着していなかった）結論が「公平」と解釈できるかどうか、さらにはG-7とウクライナのどちらがより「上手」に交渉したか推測した（付与の基本条件から得られるナッシュ解と実際の予想決着点の相違から）。ウクライナは原発の完全封鎖を拒否するという究極的な「威嚇（脅し）」の潜在能力を持っていたが、必ずしもその潜在能力を生かしきれなかったとの結論になった。それは、良書がもっとも懸念していた論点が相違し、当該論点が「分割
