Details	This poster presentation summarises the online management system M-reader and how it is used as an integral part of an extensive reading program being run at a university in Japan. It also highlights the practical limitations of the program, now in its 4th year, together with ideas for improving student participation and progress with their reading. There are also graphs sumarising data collected from the extensive reading programme at KUFS.
