Details	This presentation examines the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PBL) in a Hispanic Studies course at a Japanese university. The course was designed to foster students’ Intercultural Communicative Competence (ICC) and intercultural responsibility through the exploration of migration-related issues. Learning activities were organized around a project in which students created a video narrating and reflecting on the life story of a foreign resident in Japan. To evaluate the impact of the course, surveys were administered before and after the program, focusing on students’ attitudes toward immigration and their ICC development. Follow-up anthropological interviews were conducted with selected students, and their interpretive analysis is presented as a case study.
