Details	This presentation evaluates the explanatory power of L2 and L1 corpora for measuring productive vocabulary knowledge. It compares the effectiveness of using an L2 learner corpus and a native-speaker corpus (e.g., COCA) for lexical analysis, and proposes guidelines for corpus selection to support more accurate assessment of vocabulary knowledge.
