Details	This presentation investigates the accuracy of part-of-speech tagging and dependency parsing in IELTS writing. Because NLP tools are typically trained on native-speaker data, their performance decreases when applied to L2 texts. Using an IELTS corpus (Bands 6–8), the study examines the effectiveness of a learner-specific model supplemented with L2 data and explores the value of building a learner-English treebank.
