Details	This study conducts a corpus-based analysis of factors that influence reading comprehension among EAL (English as an Additional Language) learners. It quantitatively examines how multiple variables—such as vocabulary knowledge, grammatical complexity, text structure, and cultural background knowledge—affect L2 reading performance using large-scale corpus data. The project is a collaborative study with Jon Clenton and Simon Fraser, and will be presented as a poster at ISB15 (the 15th International Symposium on Bilingualism).
