Details	This study reports on the development of vocabulary lists for EAL (English as an Additional Language) learners in international school settings. Conventional vocabulary lists are typically designed for adult learners and therefore do not align well with the needs of younger EAL students in international schools. To address this issue, eight domain-specific academic vocabulary lists were created. Building on recent advances in corpus linguistics, the presentation outlines the part-of-speech tagging process and methods for identifying key academic vocabulary and multiword expressions, and analyzes how these lists differ from existing general and academic word lists.
