Details	This presentation investigates the relationship between L2 vocabulary and collocation profiles and writing scores in IELTS academic writing. Using 400 IELTS essays (Bands 5–7), the study conducts collocation analyses based on the Academic Collocation List and spaCy, and evaluates lexical sophistication using mutual information (MI) scores. It examines how lexical and collocational diversity and sophistication influence the prediction of learner proficiency.
