Details	The presenter discussed the challenges of creating and EAL specific corpus and the opportunities it provides. They explained methods for developing this small-scale longitudinal diverse corpus and one possible use case for the corpus. Specifically, they examined how learners' second language (L2) vocabulary knowledge influences the lexical diversity of productive texts across three production modes. Results showed that even learners with high receptive vocabulary knowledge test (uVLT) scores tended not to use those words in academic writing and presentations.
