Details	This presentation describes research on the nature of vocabulary in L2 oral presentations. This study examines the relationship between learners' vocabulary size and the lexical diversity of academic presentations. Results showed no correlation between learners' vocabulary scores and the lexical diversity of presentations. However, there was a relationship between the lexical diversity of presentations and scores obtained from two experienced raters.
