Details	Ninety-six first-year students at a private university in Japan took McLean and Kramer's new Japanese-English bilingual VLT. Their responses to the test items were analyzed using multifaceted Rasch analysis to determine test item fit. Results showed that most test items fit the Rasch model appropriately and were suitable for measuring students' vocabulary knowledge, though many items showed overfit or underfit to the model.
